<p><strong>Symptoms</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Motherboard green light on when power cable plugged in</li>
<li>On start up:     <br />- No signal to monitor      <br />- Can’t enter BIOS POST check      <br />- Fans are spinning as normal (including CPU cooler fan)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Fix Solution</strong></p>
<p>Check your power supply. In my case a replacement of power supply fixed the issue.   </p>
