ScrewTurn Wiki is included in the list of Microsoft Web Platform Installer. It’s the best Open Source ASP.net Wiki engine I can find today. It’s very easy to setup, doesn’t need database for default installation, and very fast. You can also configure it as Private Wiki by just clicking an option in the Administration section.
